Medical Disclaimer
Last updated 29 October 2026
Aaria is a daily practice built around mental rehearsal. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.
What Aaria is not
Nothing in the app is medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing in it is a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Aaria does not assess, diagnose, or treat any condition, and it is not a medical device.
It makes no promises about outcomes
Aaria writes a morning audio around the goals you describe. It does not claim any particular result, and what people take from a daily practice differs from person to person. Nothing here should be read as a guarantee.
Speak to a professional
If you are dealing with a health concern, or you are being treated for one, please speak to a doctor or another qualified provider. Do not use Aaria in place of care you have been advised to get, and do not stop or change any treatment because of something you heard in a track.
In an emergency
Aaria is not an emergency service and nobody monitors what you write in it. If you are in crisis or you think you may be in danger, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line in your country straight away.
Suitability
Aaria is for people aged 16 and over. If a track ever feels wrong for you, stop the practice and speak to a professional.
