These terms apply to the Aaria website and waitlist, operated by Ava Lane Oy, a company registered in Finland. By joining the waitlist you agree to them.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist reserves your place to be notified when Aaria opens. It is not a purchase and does not guarantee access, a specific launch date, or a particular price. We may change the product, its features, and its pricing before launch.

Not medical or therapeutic care

Aaria is a daily practice built around mental rehearsal. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are dealing with a health concern, please speak to a doctor or other qualified provider.

Acceptable use

Please use this site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to it, and do not submit anyone else's email without their permission.

Intellectual property

The Aaria name, wording, and design on this site belong to us. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission.

No warranties; limitation of liability

This site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
