Cancel your subscription
Apple manages billing, so cancelling happens in your Apple Account settings. In Aaria, open Settings › Manage subscription. Or, on your iPhone, open Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Aaria and tap Cancel Subscription. Do it at least 24 hours before your renewal date. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Restore your purchase
On a new phone, or after reinstalling, sign in with the same account and open Settings › Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you subscribed with.
Refunds
Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Delete your account
In Aaria, open Settings › Account › Delete account and confirm. If you signed in with Apple, Apple asks you to confirm once more. This permanently deletes your account, your answers and your audio. It cannot be undone. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription, so cancel that first. If you cannot reach the app, email us and we will help you confirm it is your account, then delete it.
Questions
Is my track written by a person?
No. It is written by an AI model from your answers and read by an AI voice. That is how it can be about your life, in your words.
Does Aaria record my voice?
No. When you speak an answer, your phone turns it into text on the device. The audio is never stored or sent anywhere.
How long is my track?
About 6 minutes. Every track has the same length.
Can I change my focus?
Not in this version of the app. Your track is about the one focus you chose when you set up. While your subscription is active, we write a new version of it from your saved answers every 30 days. Each new version replaces the one before.
Is there a free trial?
No. You can hear a short sample with your name before you subscribe, so you know what you are paying for.
How long does my track take?
A few minutes after you subscribe. You can leave the app; your track appears on Home when it is ready.
Something in my track does not fit. What do I do?
Tap Make it better on Home or the player, pick what should change and add a note if you like. We rewrite your track, and your current version keeps playing until the new one is ready. You get two rewrites for each version. A rewrite that fails does not count.
Can I change my voice or my focus?
Not in the app yet. Email hello@aaria.appand we will help.
Something sounds wrong in my track. What do I do?
Use Report a problem in Settings or on the player, or email hello@aaria.app, and tell us which part. We will look at it with you.
